SCA Power Band

Used as an exercise tool, the SCAPOWER Strecth Band will increase an archer's pulling weight, build up muscle and develop firmness in the shoulder.

It can also be used to improve posture and technique.  Daily practise is reccommended; 10 minutes at a time with at least a 2 or 3 minute break.  It does not take long to see improvement in the shot placement, draw process and balance in the shoulder.
