These vouchers can be redeemed against purchases made in store or online. 

As part of the purchase process, you can specify the NAME and email address of the intended recipient for the e-Voucher, we will then contact the recipient via email to send over a set of unique, redeemable voucher codes, that can be entered into the relevant box at checkout to enjoy the benefits of your gift.  No physical voucher is sent, making the redemption process convenient and streamlined.

Here are some important things that you need to know:

• The service of creating and sending the codes is not fully automated, so we aren't able to issue voucher codes when the shop is closed, or on Saturdays. 
• We can only process vouchers for one recipient per online order, if you wish to send gifts to several people, please complete an online order for each of them.
• Each code can be redeemed only once, if any problems are experienced during checkout and the voucher code does not process, you will need to CONTACT US so that we can check into the problem, and intervene as necessary.
• The code is all that is required to redeem the benefit, so please use a secure, correct email address for us to send the voucher code to, and keep all the order details safe and private.
• The value of each separate voucher code must be used up completely, and set against the cost of goods, excluding delivery. If you want your order to be broken down into a number of values, please set out your requirements in the comments box, or email us with your order number, and we will try to accommodate your request.
• We will issue the unique redeemable voucher codes only to the nominated recipient- we will send you automated emails to indicate when the codes have been sent.  If you wish to receive the codes and pass them on yourself, please nominate yourself as the receiver, although please note that in the event of any queries we will need to discuss these with you, rather than the person you have passed them on to.
• Please note that we will not be able to process orders where an e-Voucher is included alongside any other physical goods.  We will contact you to resolve any queries about this.
